Fitbit only picking the last exercise session from Vizfit

If I do 20 minutes on one vizfit (virzoom) activity and then do 10 minutes on another, my fitbit only plcks up the 2nd (10 minute) workout.

 

If I do all 30 minutes on one activity it picks up all 30 minutes of course.

 

It appears to only be logging one activity, the most recent one.

 

I have had this happen on multiple days.

Thanks for the details mentioned. I would like you to revoke access to Vizfit by doing the following troubleshooting: After this, please link them again and check if the activities get transferred. 

 

  1. Tap the Today tab 
     
    , and tap your profile picture. 
  2. Scroll down and tap Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.
