Paid for Lose it Premium so both apps would communicate my stats. Worked for two years. Now, no communication. When I tried to reconnect the two apps from Lose it, message said, "Your login was rejected by Fitbit." 1. How to make it work" OR How get refund? Thanks.

Lose it! replied as follows, and it worked.

Sorry for the trouble with the site and Fitbit! I see Fitbit is not fully connected:

Could you please disconnect and reconnect your tracker under Apps and Devices?

In the iOS App: Me > More > Apps and Devices
In the Android App: Menu icon > Settings > Apps and Devices.
Online: LoseIt.com > Sign in > Apps and Devices

From here, please choose the Fitbit to "disconnect" then "connect" to link your tracker back up.

Then, force a sync if possible. Let us know if this resolves the issue.

For the site: please try in a different browser if you are using Internet Explorer. If you still have trouble, please let us know your browser type and we can investigate further.

You paid for it on Lose it so you need to get a refund form Lose it.

I would check with Lose it as to what is going on.

A warm welcome to our new friend @LDG! I'll be happy to help here. Smiley Happy Let's start all over again. Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign up for an account at Lose It! You must be a Lose It! Premium member to link your Lose It! account to Fitbit.
  2. Log into Lose It!
  3. Go to Apps & Devices.
  4. Depending on what you want to connect, scroll down to Aria® or Fitbit Trackers.
