Hi there @SunsetRunner, nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I saw you were having troubles importing data to Strava. Since it has been a few days and you already tried the recommended solution for these issues, I'm wondering how it goes so far? Is the issue persisting?
In addition I would like to know if you use the web site to reconnect your accounts?
Please let me know if the data you wan to import is coming from your Fitbit account and this data includes GPS information? Keep in mind exercises recorded with Fitbit's app or devices that do not include GPS data are not currently sent to Strava.
