Hi all,
My Charge HR has been synced to my Strava account for nearly a year and has been working fine until today. I just noticed that my ride from this morning (uploaded normally to Strava) doesn't appear under my activities on Fitbit dashboard as it usually does. My sync with everything else on the Fitbit site seems to be working fine. I tried revoking Strava's accessing and the re-authorizing but that didn't fix it. Any other Strava users having this problem?

I tried revoking access, a solution in another string twice and Fitbit not syncing with Strava either direction, either manual entries or those captured by Fitbit app on iPhone.

Thank you @SebringDon for moving the post to the correct board. Hello @Moebriley and welcome aboard @roamin_okie. I remember this was an issue but was fixed some weeks ago, if not more. So if you tried to revoke the access and re-link the account again and still is not syncing, please take a moment to reach out to our Support Team and let them know of your efforts to troubleshoot the issue and what you've already done. I have full faith that they will be able to advise you of the next steps.

Hi all. My issue syncing with Strava seems to be resolved. It looks like it only missed syncing one ride. Not sure why it had the hiccup, but it is working again, so I'm happy with that. 🙂 Thanks for the reply.
