Fitbit stats aren't syncing to Runkeeper

I synced Fitbit and Runkeeper, but the stats are not syncing. Is there another step I have to take to record exercise in both apps?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and I'll help you to sync your Fitbit stats to your Runkeeper's account. Before anything else please verify if both, Fitbit app  and Runkeeper app, are updated. Once that is done, I'd suggest to try the following steps:

1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone and tap on your profile picture.
2. Scroll down and tap Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
3. Then log in to your Fitbit account.
4. Look for Runkeeper and tap Revoke Access to disconnect it from your Fitbit account.
5. Force quit the Fitbit app  and Runkeeper app.
6. Then, open Runkeeper app and try connecting it to Fitbit one more time.
