Hi can you figure out what's going on? It's only been an issue this week. On Tuesday... I did over 13k steps & they were logged as only 7k in loseit

Hello there @CPOI, good to see you around the Fitbit Community! If your Fitbit is tracking correctly this information is hard to know why is not being display in your Lose It account since we do not have access to their information. So it would be recommendable to contact Lose It support.

However I suggest to review your Lose It goals are properly configured. When you go to the Goals section of the Lose It app and create a steps goal from the menu on the left. After you set up the goal, you’ll be able to see steps data from Fitbit on your Goals screen.

Other recommendation is to revoke the access of Lose It from your Application settings through your  web-Dashboard and reconnect your accounts to refresh the integration.

  1. Log into Lose It! (Keep in mind You must be a Lose It! Premium member to link your Lose It! account to Fitbit.)
  2. Go to Apps & Devices.
  3. Tap or click Fitbit.
  4. Tap or click Connect. You will be taken to fitbit.com, where you will be asked to authorize the connection.
  5. Log in using your Fitbit credentials.

Hope this helps. See you later.
