Hello @Only1hope, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are getting an error when you try to connect your Fitbit account with LEAP4LIFE. I'm curious to know if this is through the app or through the website?

Note this third party service doesn't figure among the official supported apps, but there are tons of apps that can connect with your Fitbit account so for what I understand this is happening through the app but I would like to make sure.

If is through the app try to do this using from the website.

- Go to the Fitbit.com login page and sign-in by entering in your username and password associated with your Fitbit device.

- Go to LEAP4LIFE and login with your LEAP4LIFE username and password.

  1. On the top right of the LEAP4LIFE page, directly below your profile name, you will see a drop-down menu “My Devices”. Click here to get to the adding devices page.
  2. Go to “Register” and select “Fitbit” from the Device Manufacturer list. Select the Fitbit “Device Model” – from the Device Model list.
  3. You will then be asked if you would like to make the Fitbit Device your primary device. Check this box if you want your Fitbit to be the default device and data source for your Goals, Latest Activity, Fitness Zone, Everyday Steps and My Competition. You can change the Primary Device at any time from the Devices page.

  4. Select “Register” to link your device. You will now be navigated to the Fitbit.com page. (*If you have not previously logged into your Fitbit account you will need to enter in your username and password associated with your Fitbit device.
  5. Follow the instructions on the Fitbit.com page to give permission for LEAP4LIFE and Fitbit to share your data. Your accounts are now linked.

If the error you are getting through the website, try to clear the cookies and cache of your web browser or try to use a different browser.

Hope this helps, see you later!
