My Sense 2 has been syncing to my Virgin Pulse app just fine for years. All of a sudden this week, it is not automatically transmitting the steps over to VP. The only way my steps show up on VP is for me to disconnect my Sense and then reconnecting it on the VP app. Then all the missing info appears. It then stops registering steps, and I have to disconnect and reconnect every time I want to get the steps to show up on VP. I have done all the troubleshooting I can find, and nothing works. I really don’t want to have to disconnect/reconnect multiple times a day. Anyone have any suggestions?
