Can anyone help? I have an inspire 3 and have it connected to the Wellable app as my work gives discounts for exercise goals met. It was syncing fine until 7/26 and now keeps saying it’s synced but doesn’t update any steps. When this happened previously, it was due to my Fitbit app getting accidentally deleted, but it’s definitely still there and both apps are updated. It won’t even sync manually and I’m so annoyed. Do I need Fitbit premium for this feature or could it be because I turned off the obnoxious “you have started a workout” setting after my hardware update?

Hi @zolemfo1. I moved your post to the Third Party Integration forum, a better fit for this issue. I don't have an answer about the syncing issue. But there are two things that I know for sure. You don't need Premium for syncing unless Wellable says you need it (you probably don"t). Turning off Auto-start for workouts isn't the issue.
