Fitbit stopped syncing exercises to other apps. Strava and MyFitnessPal don't sync up. Tried everything I could. Deleting data, app, uninstall app, remove app integrations, signed up for premium. Opened up support cases with Google. 8 months and still no fix.
Anyone able to resolve this without switching to a different smart watch?

Best AnswerStrava is managed by Fitbit/Google. My Fitness Pal is managed by My Fitness Pal.
Really, your only option is to revoke access, then setup the connections. If that doesn't work, you will need to reach out to Google and MFP
Best AnswerReached out to all of them. It is the spider man meme. Pointing finigers at eachother. I've tried other apps and the sync. Pretty sure it is a Fitbit problem but no support steps up.
Even went paid subscription a with Fitbit and got no extra help. Just the run around.
Best AnswerDelete your Fitbit account.
Start a new account with a new email address.
Best AnswerHi, @Uniquename55 & @RandomUs3rname. Allowing you have activated Health Connect, please verify that the Health Connect on Today displays data from both Health Connect and Fitbit. From the "Today" screen, touch the battery% icon in the top left corner>Health Connect>Health Connect on Today>Show data from Health Connect (show both from HC & Fitbit)
Please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers

Best AnswerHi @SharonYF have you moved over to a Google Login?? This is different then logging in with a google email address. When you do, your data will follow you.
If you do create a new login, your data will stay with your old Fitbit Account.
