I sync my Fitbit Charge to Argus since some of my friends don't have Fitbit. I have been unable so successfully sync with Argus since Thursday. It tells me "Not Authorized-Reconnect". I've done this multiple times. I've reset my Fitbit, even though I have no problems syncing to Fitbit. Is there anything I can do? It also shows that the last time I synced was January 1970.... Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas?

@LizLemon A warm welcome to the Community! Currently, this is the list of supported apps by Fitbit, I was checking and Argus isn't listed there. I would like you to contact Argus directly so they can troubleshoot this issue.

I just started getting this problem after the Firmware 84 update. Anyone else have this? Anyone know how to correct? I only bought a Fitbit because of its ability to sync with Argus - I started with Argus and still like it.

that sucks...thanks for sharing what worked for you. If I have to, I'll try the same.

Well, I tried creating a new account - that didn't work either. 😞
Hoping I don't have to return this. It was important that it worked with Argus when I bought it. I may have to look at another device if I can't sort this out, which would be a shame as I really like it.
Anyone else experience this?

I can sync the fitbit but is there no auto-sync for the Argus App? I have to go do it manually in order to have my steps show up before our friend's comp ends every day

@amiemariej Welcome to the Community! As mentioned in the previous post, the Argus app isn't in the list of supported apps yet. That's why the information isn't updating automatically.
Hope this helps.

Argus at best has access to fitbits API, and does not need Fitbits permission, it does however need type permission. Fitbit suppprts the ability for third party apps to access the API. I have a Google Sheet set up to access my Ftbiit data.
Generally when your having problems with a third party web site, it is best to go to your settings, revoke access, then go to their sight and approve access to your account. If this doesnt work it is best to contact them. They would know more about what is happening, and can contact Fitbit if they need to. Until they requist help, or Fitbit reads the error logs they might not know that a problem exists.
As for the approved sites, they seem to stay in touch with Fitbit.
