Fitbit won't sync with Vitality App

Hi am new to Fitbit but recently purchased the Charge 3, I was using my phone - Google fit to track my activity successfully, with the recent Fitbit purchase I am not able to link with Vitality, I have followed the instructions that others have used but mine still does not work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I will need to call Vitality to de-link as well then try and re-link.

Thanks for trying all the steps that have been recommended!

 

In this case I'd recommend what @thisisajoke mentioned and try to get in touch with Vitality directly. They should be able to help you in getting it to work correctly.

Hi thanks for the tip. I contacted Vitality and they were aware of the bug & had a system update which fixed the issue, so syncing now.
