Fitbit won't sync with Weight Watcher app

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @StringBass! This sounds odd. Please check that you are following these steps to connect a Fitbit account with a Weight Watchers account in the UK, US, or Canada:

 

1. On the Weight Watchers subscriber homepage click Login in the top right corner.

 2. In the Log In window, confirm your Weight Watchers user name and password and click Log In.

3. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and then click Settings.

4. Click the Activity tab and click Connect to a device or app.

5. Select Fitbit from the choices and click Continue.

6. Log in using your Fitbit account credentials.

7. Once logged in, you will be redirected back to the Weight Watchers Settings page.

I have done this 10 times and it still does not sync with my Weight Watcher app.

Nice to see you here @sharonhi! This sounds weird. I'd like to suggest you to try setting up your Fitbit tracker as a new device. And then, try again to re-link your WW account to your Fitbit account with the steps provided above. If this doesn't work, please try reaching WW Support.

When I follow your steps, the 2nd part of #5 doesn't show me a FitBit login.  It just connects me to FitBit.  But the last time my Fitbit has synced with WW is in 2015!  I've disconnected and reconnected and it still doesn't give me those last few steps to connect to FitBit website and does not give me the option to sign in.
