Fitbit won't transmit to Omada after being connected.

I recently got the Fitbit Ionic from my sister as she upgraded to an Apple watch.

I started the Omada program through my insurance company and wanted to connect the Fitbit so it would track my steps. I was using my phone, but I can't carry it on me at all times. I followed the directions through Omada to synch with my fitbit, and Omada says it is synced with my Fitbit account. However, after two days, none of my information has been transferred from my Fitbit. How do I get Fitbit to send the information to Omada?

This really is a question for Omada.

The only thing we can suggest is to go here, revoke access to Omada then re-link.

Omada is in charge of this link and they can read their logs.
