Hello,
My Fitbit Inspire 2 and runkeeper app are not working together, while i already linked them in the app. I already send a support ticket but i did not receive any help. I'm on iPhone XS. Already tried revoking acces and connecting multiple times.
Coud someone tell me why it is not working? Thanks.

Sorry @MRinge we can't tell you why, the best we can say is to revoke access and the re-link. If this fails, the next step is to contact run keeper since they are responsible to the link up with your Fitbit account.
I've also moved this none inspire hardware question to the third party board.
