Flex 2 Fitbit steps synching with Withings body+ scale

Hello I have recently bought a withings body+ scale and syncing it with my Fitbit flex 2, but the steps doesn’t synch from my Fitbit to withings app health mate, what can I do?

Hi Bec.

I have the same thing but Googling a bit on the internet I actually do not think it is possible to write steps from Fitbit to the Health Mate / Withings app. Only that app can write the weight to Fitbit (and also that stopped with me this morning 😞  ) but it is not syncing the other way around.

Unless someone else have found a solution for that.

Thanks for the details shared on your post. Please try to revoke access and to setting up again, you can do it by following these steps:

 

  1. Unlink the app from your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?
  2. Reconnect the app with your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?

Thanks Ana.

The Withings scale is writing my weight again to the Fitbit app. That was only one day off, no clue why.

However, never managed to get my fitbit steps in the Health Mate app. De- and re-coupling does not make a difference. I have the scale since December and thus also the Health mate app and the Fitbit Steps never transferred to Health Mate.

I decided to leave it for now. Is a nice to have but not that important for me.

I'm glad to know that your weight is syncing again with your Fitbit app. Currently the steps on the Fitbit app cannot be synced to the Health Mate. We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we very much appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers. So I suggest you to please give us your idea and suggestion through our Ideas board.
