Flex 2 will not sync to vitality

I cannot pair my Flex 2 to my vitality account. My Fitbit account is linked to vitality but it's not picking up my steps. How do I go about correcting this?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts.

I'm having the same issue.  I did unpair, then repair my charge 2.  This didn't help.
