I have a Flex and have it paired with MFP. Do I still need to add my activity if I run or do an exercise class? I only ask b/c it my phone always says no activity logged. It does show some calories burned, but not as many as I used to get when I used Map My Walk etc. Thanks!

All the activities that you log in My Fitness Pal will go to Fitbit. All the steps recorded by your tracker will go to My Fitness Pal.
You should log activities, where step count isn't the best indicator of the calories burned. If you are doing an activity that does not require steps (like cycling or swimming), or an activity that requires more than just steps (like tennis or yoga), you can use an activity log to improve the accuracy of this activity's contribution to your caloric burn.
All steps and calories recorded by your tracker are overridden for the duration of a manually logged activity by the activity's entered values. This ensures that your steps are not counted twice as long as the manually logged activity has the correct start time and duration.
