Food plan or MyFitnesspal calculation

Hi! I just started using Fitbit so I´m a little confused.

Usually I track my food in MyFitnesspal - and I understand that I should continue to do so. In MFP I have set a goal to reduce weight (reduce calories). When doing so, and syncing with Fitbit, I couldn´t see any calorie intake on the "meter" ( the tile showing intake/outtake..)

So I also added a foodplan in Fitbit -which I guess was a mistake since the outtake does not adjust "back" to MFP...

Please advice, should I remove the food plan in Fitbit, and if so, how do I do that? Deleting the tile is not enough I guess.

Thanks! Smiley Happy

Hello @SunsetRunner, lets forst look at this post to see what data syncs between the two.

Most people that use both use Fitbit to tecord their activity and MFP to monitor what they are allowed to consume
