Having issues with SparkPeople & Fitbit syncing!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I have a Fitbit Blaze. I have added SparkPeople so that my food tracking syncs with my Fitbit.

If I do not log my food on the same day I eat it, the Fitbit app doesn't recognize the calories I enter the next day. For example, I didn't get to track my dinner calories last night. So I inputted my calories this morning, and the Fitbit app still only shows what I ate prior to dinner yesterday.

All of my food tracking is from my iPhone 6 Sparkpeople app.

I have revoked and then re-authorized syncing between the Fitbit and SparkPeople. I've turned off the phone and rebooted it. I've closed and re-opened the Sparkpeople and Fitbit apps. My iPhone software is up to date, and there are no available updates for the Fitbit or Sparkpeople apps. I've tried manually syncing the data. Nothing works!

Any suggestions? Or does the Fitbit not sync data if you can't enter it on the day it occurs?

(Please speak plainly; I am not extra tech-savvy!).

Hello @misslys, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I have never used Sparkpeople app so I take your post to test the app and let me tell you how to log food for previous days.

In my case the Fitbit app recognized my food entry from Sparkpeople for previous days. I replicate the same scenario as you explained on your post and once you have associated both accounts, go to your Sparkpeople app and in your food log there should be in the corners of the screen, arrows at each side where the date is displayed, these arrows will help you to navigate across the dates. Use these arrows to change to the desire date and log your food when you have completed this go to your food section of your Fitbit account and the food you have logged should be displayed here.

I'm sure by now you have resolved this, but if not, keep me posted and I will help you.
