Hi, @gamegirl61956! I would suggest doing a search on the Healow website. Nothing is linked to from within the Fitbit app/website. Everything that does so does it from within their website/app. Most of them have a link to something like "apps and devices" which allows you to enter in your Fitbit account information. Good luck!

@buddysmama Welcome back! Currently, Healow isn't in the list of supported apps. I would contact them directly to see why data isn't syncing if it seems your Charge HR is connected.
