I have United Healthcare insurance and downloaded the app. I connected my charge hr to the app, but it will not sync. Help please

Hello @cdbg, good to see you have joined to our Fitbit Community. The Fitbit tracker cannot be connected directly to any third party app, so it will depend of which information is shared across your accounts.
In the case you have linked Fitbit and Health4me already, try to revoke the access from the applications settings on your Online-Dashboard if are not syncing. Once you revoke the access try to link again your accounts.
Not all third party services works in the same way, some of this only share certain type of information, this is not from our end, but from the third party who develops the integration. For more details of which information syncs, please approach to Health4Me support.
