Hello @Ksexton, its nice to see new members in our Community. Weight Watchers only received data from Fitbit. Activities tracked by Fitbit will be converted to activity "PointsPlus" and credited your Weight Watcher's account.
If is not updating your steps, try to re-link both of your accounts. To do this you need to access on your Applications Settings using your online-Dashboard and revoke the access from Weight Watchers. Once you have removed the integration go back and repeat the process to link your accounts. If you need more help with the last step, the following post will be very useful.
