I am trying to sync my fitbit data with my company's wellness program. The site, Well at Dell, is powered by WebMD. I've verified in my setting that I have authorized the "Device and App Connection Center" powered by WebMD Health Services. My data is only sporadically syncing. It's at least a day behind, but it hasn't synced in 3 days. I've tried disconnecting, revoking access and then connecting, authorizing access yet my data doesn't seem to sync. The "Device and App Connection Center" site indicates if your device isn't syncing to contact the device manufacturer. This is the only app where I've ever experienced this sort of issue. What can I do to get this sync to work?

Hello @HelenaB, good to see you again. In this case you have revoke the access already from both apps, which is the best solution for this type of scenarios.
I wonder if your tracker is presenting issues at the moment to sync with your Fitbit account? It might explain why your information is not syncing to your WebMD account. If everything is working fine with your Fitbit account, try to revoke the access once again to see if this helps on a second attempt.
In case the issue persists, many of these third party integrations are not developed from our end. So the best here is to contact WebMD support as we cannot have access to their data.
Let me know if you have additional questions. I'll be around.
