Help with Healthvault syncing issues

Hello,

Regarding healthvault integration:

1) can you tell me how often fitbit measurements sync with healthvault?  Weight measurements show up in fitbit, but don't show up in healthvault for a very long time.  My withings scale measurements show up in healthvault instantaneously.

2) does healthvault integration comply with healthvault API and data structure requirements?  Although I can eventually see fitbit weight and body composition readings in healthvault, they don't seem to transfer from healthvault to third party apps (like livescape on windows phone).  However, the same weight and body composition readings from my withings scale easily transfer from healthvault to the same third party apps.

Healthvault takes longer to sync than most other apps. Also, Healthvault does not allow a two way sync. They only let info in, not out... at leats with Fitbit.

Healthvault has two way syncing, but it appears that fit it did nit implement it. Syncing wasn't working at first, then it worked, no it doesn't again. I have tried to link and u link my healthvault account.
