Hidrate App Not Synching

Anyone having issues synching with the Hidrate app?  Fitbit app shows zero ounces when Hidrate app logs water correctly.

Sorry, no, but fwiw, my waterlogged app that I use with fitbit stopped working this week.

Yes. While synchronizing well before, recently the water is accurate on the Hidrate app however fitbit has zero. Fitbit says goal is zero and can not be changed. Fitbit when selecting the zero water intake, has custom with blank for each amount that should have been synced from Hidrate. 

I followed instructions to update apps, then actually closed out the apps and back in. Then I reset my puck and, when that didn’t work, I closed out apps again and still does not since. Any yes, I also unlinked the 2 apps and relinked the Hidrate to the Fitbit app. 

Nothing above worked.

Have had the same issues and Hidrate says the syncing problem is on Fitbit’s end of integration. Fitbit please fix. This was not a problem until a recent Fitbit update.

I am having the same issue. My app was synching with Hidrate until March/April. Now it is no longer syncing and all historical data is lost. I have reset the app, revoked the Hidrate connection (multiple times) but still no syncing. Little frustrating as this was a great feature in Fitbit app so I didn’t have to go to multiple other apps to see data.  Can this please be looked into and addressed?
