Hidrate spark not syncing with Fitbit

I noticed that Charge 4 doesn’t register my water intake through Hidrate spark bottle. Both apps are updated, I logged out and back in and disconnect and connect the Fitbit app on the f app again. I looked through everything. Makes no sense. Any idea what’s going on?

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 4 board to the Third-Party Integrations board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about Hidrate Spark.

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. Please make sure you have tried the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app
  2. Tap your image icon
  3. Tap Charge 4
  4. Tap Notifications > App Notifications and see if Hidrate is on the list. If it is, toggle it on and see if that works
