I accidentally entered the the wrong Facebook account on my contact list, in my Fitbit iPhone app. How can I remove that account and enter another one?

I did the same thing.  I connected to my 'work' Facebook instead of my personal Facebook when I tried to add friends to my list.  It shows I am connected to Facebook yet under my Applications only MyFitnessPal is listed. Facebook is not. I do not see any other way to disconnect from Facebook.

Did you ever figure this out? Nothing shows up under Applications for me, so no way to remove Facebook.
