How do I connect with facebook if I signed up with email?

I set up my account through email but I would like to connect with friends via facebook.  Can anyone help me with how to get my friends list to pull up?

You can link your accounts here:  https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps

 

Note, you will only find friends if they have also linked their Facebook account to their Fitbit account. Also, it does not appear the option to find them is on the dashboard anymore. You may have to use the Android or iOS app.
