How do I delete an Exercise Log

I have my Fitbit synced to Lose It. I've been using the two for about a week. Someone told me I should be entering my actual exercise on my Fitbit and not at Lose it. I did that any number doubled, obviously wrong. I cannot find where I can delete that s3.5 Mile walk I entered. Does anyone know?

@jcollette1 It's nice to see you around! Loseit will sync just food to Fitbit. So, if you log the activities in Loseit and Fitbit theactivities won't be duplicated. You don't need to delete any activities in Loseit. Also, you should log activities that require more than just steps like tennis or yoga in Fitbit to improve the amount of calories burned that you get.

Let me know how it goes.
