How do I get MFP to sync with my charge HR

I seem to be having issues syncing myfitnesspal with my device. Used it in the gym while rowing but it I can't see the data in my dashboard. Should I get a notification saying that MFP has synced . I get it when I use drivebit.

There isn't any notification that shows up. I find that sometimes mine is a bit delayed in syncing.

 

And for a while this month, there was a backup between Fitbit and MFP, which has been resolved.
