I have tried to go through the MyChart app and website. I get this message:
If you have an account with one of the following services, we can use their data to fill in your assigned flowsheets. We will collect data for any measurements that you decide to link.
You have no flowsheet rows to connect with external accounts
They show FitBit as one of these devices. I don't know if there is a way to link it from her or the FitBit app. Help!

@CeliaSue I am not sure if you can do that. All I know is that FitBit links to the Fitbit App.

@Rich_Laue @CeliaSue is talking about the app called My Chart. Its a medical app that certain people and clinics use with medical information on it. I have used it as that is what the clinic I go to uses to communicate with my doctor.

Atomic77, that is right. It looks like I am either going to have to contact my provider or technical support with MyChart to get it set up. After I try to connect my account in MyChart, I get the following message there:
You have no flowsheet rows to connect with external accounts.
It looks to me that it is not a FitBit problem, it's a MyChart problem.

I am having the same problem exactly when try to set mine up and it has been set up before. I contacted the doctors in the messages in my chart and they told me to contact my chart support. I've never had issues before weird
