Vinksite not able to get heartrate data from fitbit

Hello there is a really nice site that is used by speedskatters.

https://vinksite.com/

I have a Charge 4 and would like to include heartrate data from fitbit to their site as well.

There is integration for: Polar, Garmin TomTo and Suunto. on vinksite

For FitBit they state: It is not possible to load heartrate data for Fitbit. Fitbit does not allow access to heart rate data; not even when the user gives permission, unless 15.000 euros is paid by vinksite.

I like my charge but this looks to that I'm forced to go to Garmin Device.

Welcome to the Community, @Stan71.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. Fitbit app is open for integrations from other apps and it doesn't require any type of payment for it. There's no much information about the site you mentioned above so I'm not sure why they're asking for payment. If a third-party wants to have access to a Fitbit account, they need to develop the connection from their end. So I recommend you to contact vinksite's support and encourage them to develop a proper integration with Fitbit.

See you around.
