How do I "un-revoke" Weight Watchers app?

I accidentally revoked Weight Watchers app from Fitbit app. Now my WW app will not sync. I have tried all the suggestions previously given. Please help. I simply want to find a way to "un-revoke" Weight Watchers app from being synced with the Fitbit app.

 

Anyone??....
