Do I use lose its step bonus aswell as fitbits calories bonus, or is that doubling up on the same thing when it comes to getting extra food calores

From my understanding on the matter, the bonus doesn't double up. Having said that, I'd recommend getting in touch with LoseIt directly so that they can clarify your doubts. Keep in mind that these integrations are developed by the third parties.
