I've had a really hard time getting my Fitbit to synch with Noom. I know that many others have as well -- because I've read so many help and FAQ articles on the site! None of them match the menu options I see in my (updated) version of the Noom app, however -- and so I'm still stuck.
At this point, my question is how to force Noom to forget my Fitbit info. (In my many steps of trying to re-set the synch, I went into my Fitbit app and turned off the permissions for Noom -- but now I'm stuck, because I can't get the Noom app to re-prompt me to connect to Fitbit. Now when I select Fitbit as my step source, it won't prompt me for the log-in information because it already "has" it.) Does this make sense?
How do I dis-establish the connection?
I've tried removing and re-installing the app. No luck,
I've tried clearing the app cache and storage. No luck,
I've tried looking for a place on the Noom website to do this. No luck.
I tried chatting with Noom Tech Support. No luck. (They simply pasted the FAQ article into the chat, but that article doesn't match Noom's current menus...???)
So now I'm stuck until I can get Noom to re-prompt me to enter my Fitbit information to allow the two accounts to connect.
Thank you so, so much to anyone who can offer any assistance at all!
Best AnswerI am having the same issue and have tried the same things to try and get a prompt from Fitbit to connect with Fitbit. Noom says it is a Fitbit issue and they are working to resolve it. I hope it is resolved soon!
