My Fitbit app is working perfectly fine and the steps show on fitbit.com as the same but on the stridekick app it is showing significantly fewer steps for the challenge. I contacted stridekick and they said I need to sync the Fitbit cloud server but I don’t know how to do this, any ideas?

Hello @Bethgrogan. Welcome to the Community Forums!. Thank you for contacting Stridekick prior to posting.
If all your steps aren't syncing to your Stridekick app, I would like to suggest that you please revoke access to the integration and relink your Fitbit account. On your Fitbit app, please do the following:
1. Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
2. Scroll down and tap or click Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.
To reconnect the Stridekick app, please check: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
On a side note, I want to mention that manually logged activities and activities tracked through third-party apps aren't included in your challenge total. This is for Fitbit challenges only.
