How to Sync Chest Strap to Fitibt?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a life insurance policy through Vitality where I wear a exercise tracking device to gain weekly points which ultimately keep my policy cost low.

To get 8 points, I need to do either 12,500 steps, 30 minute workout with 70% HR or 60 minute workout with 60% HR.

Whilst this is okay, I do jiu jitsu 3 times a week and cannot wear my Charge 3 as it will either break or injure myself/others. I was then thinking of getting a chest strap HRM as this will be "out the way".

This makes it hard to gain the 8 daily points as I cannot "prove" my heart rate and exercise duration.

Is there any way I can sync my heart rate with the Fitbit app while using a chest strap? I've read that you can link other apps but it doesn't seem to sync the heart rate, just calories burned.

Welcome to the  Forums @LMcG93.

Thanks for sharing those details with us.

At this moment we do not have any details of what apps could share the HR like that. Given that the integrations are developed by the third parties, they are the ones that set them up. Hopefully other users can come in and share some apps that do work.

Let me know if there are any other questions.
