Hello @Buamplab239, good to see you around! Is correct, the Fitbit Zip doesn't have the sleep feature, but at the moment the Pilow app is not among our officially supported integrations.

However, there are tons of apps that use our Open API to integrate their service with ours. The best way to tell if an app is compatible with Fitbit is to go to the third party site (or app) and poke around their settings to see if you can connect Fitbit. You can also browse their site for information or contact the app owner and ask if they integrate with Fitbit.

As an alternative, you can use the option of Begin sleep now in the Fitbit app to track the time of your sleep. To access this option, just go to your sleep tile and in the right upper corner, you'll see a Plus icon. Tap here and a new option will appear to add a manual log or to start tracking your sleep time. When you are up, just don't forget to let your app you are awake.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have other questions.

All the technical information does not help me. I am not a web or app developer, so the links you provided are useless to me.

@Staylo2814 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for your feedback.

Some of our top integrations are noted here, but there are many more integrations that aren’t on the list. Since the pillow app isn't listed, we recommend contacting the developer of the app for further details.

To find the app developer's contact information, please visit the app store on your phone and see the app's description.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
