Hello @Viickstaax, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! About your questions is very simple and actually is not different from enabling Whatsapp. For more directions to enable notifications please visit this post.
However keep in mind the app will appear only if is supported by your Fitbit notifications. I tried to use Telegram with my own phone and it doesn't show in the options of the notifications, so I can say this app is not compatible.
