How to get fitbit user guided breathing sessions data and sync to my app.

The Relax feature is only available on the Blaze and Charge 2 trackers. It is not available in the app and has no data in the app from the feature. There is a help file on the feature that explains more:

No, the Relax feature and its data are only on the fitbits, not the dashboard

The help article that you referenced says that relax scores *are* logged under the Mindfulness tab.
