@letgo Hello! Nice to have you here at Community. Did you try to contact to Norton healthcare? In most cases, people would need to contact to their wellness provider, HR contact or person in charge to start syncing with their own program. You should see an integration with their app when going to your Fitbit settings and clicking on "Applications" on the left side of the screen. Let me know if you need further assistance.
