I've just got a Fitbit flex and want it to synch to MY Fitness Pal. It is showing as being recognised on my exercise page in MFP but is showing no details. Please could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong??? TY

@Janch57 A warm welcome to the Community!

Fitbit will sync steps and calories to MyFitnessPal. Fitbit steps and sleep data can be viewed in the "check in" section of MFP. If you're not seeing anything, please confirm if your Flex is already set  up to your account.

What's the check in section??? I don't seem to have that on my iPad app! It's definitely set up , as my food intake has synched from MFP to fitbit and steps have synched from fitbit to MFP.

On the MFP Android app, info is listed under "Progress". You can see steps, measurements, sleep, weight, etc. What specifically are you looking for?

MFP is showing the number of steps from my fitbit but not the number of cals burned during those steps. It's showing 0 . I might just have well stuck with my old pedometer and saved money.

Why not just leverage the Fitbit app if you want specific calories burned for the steps taken? Let Fitbit do what Fitbit does well.

How??? I don't want to sound ungrateful, because I'm not, but at the moment I can't see fitbit does anything well! Certainly isn't what I was expecting. Maybe it's faulty?

Have you looked at the Fitbit dashboard? The full dashboard gives you access to most pieces of data that you are probably looking for. If you insist on using a mobile version, the app shows calories burned over time...at least my Android app does which tends to unfortunately lag behind the iOS app.
