How do I sync my Inspire HR to My Fitness Pal

Please follow this procedure to connect Fitbit and MyFitnessPal: 

  1. Log in to your account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration, such as MyFitnessPal, Endomondo, or Runkeeper.
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.

Hi:  I do not see "connect" on My Fitness Pal and the "Apps and Devices" brings me to Fit Bit App which shows my Surge.  I had a Surge Fit Bit and that is in there but now I have an Inspire HR.

@Fiamia Thanks for getting back.

Since you mentioned you had a Surge but now have an Inspire HR, your apps are connected. You can double check this because Fitbit will show the installed button, check the screenshot below:

You don't need to do the procedure again. Check this post to learn more about what will sync between Fitbit and MFP.
