How to revoke access from MyFitnessPal?

I had to create a new myfitness account. My fitbit is still linked to the old account. I have revoked the access to add my fitbit on my new fitness account but my fitbit keeps giving access back. Help

First, make sure access is revoked on all 3 accounts. Then add access directly from your new MFP account. Note, if your new MFP account is set up with a different email address from your Fitbit account, you may need to update your email address in your Fitbit account first. You can do that here.
