revoke access to apps - won't save changes

I'm trying to revoke access to My Fitness Pal -   I need to link a new MFP account to it, but it won't let me all the while it's linked to the old one -   I click the revoke access button and all seems fine,  but then when I go to MFP and try and link  the new account it says it's still linked to the old one -  and then wehn I log back into fitbit it still says linked -   help!

ARe you revoking it from here, https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps

 

If so i would then contact.fitbit.com

Hello @kimmy400, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Access to the link shared by @Rich_Laue and revoke the access of MFP. For more details about this process please review this post.

 

Once you have revoke the access, go to your new MFP account and access to the following link: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps

 

If your Fitbit account is not connected, you should see the Fitbit integration in the App Market Place section. Press "Get" to integrate your Fitbit account.

In case you still have the same issue, revoke the access directly from MFP account. You can do this by going to the same link I shared above, but you should see something like the screenshot. In the right had the Fitbit tracker should appear as "Your Apps"

Click on the Fitbit tracker and Disconnect your Fitbit account.

Once you have done this proceed to follow the same process to integrate your accounts again.
