@Reneeindc I'll be happy to answer your inquiry!

If you have linked Fitbit with Twitter, you just need to click on settings > Sharing and there will be "Share on Twitter" if you have it, click on "Unlink"

I was using the app. Found the unlink on fitbit.com

Sent from my iPhone: some decoding might be necessary

I looked on the website. There is no "unlink" and the twitter account is not listed. It is on my phone that I inadvertently checked sharing as i tried to see why it had a twitter account listed.  My phone will not let me uncheck the twitter account under Advanced Settings>Sharing. It actually lists a twitter account twice and I have never given it access to this account.

@rdj112 When you got to your Dashboard > click on settings > Sharing> If there you see Link to Twitter, it means that your account hasn't been linked to anything so that's why you don't see any Unlink button because it actually hasn't been linked.

If you can provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing, I'll be happy to help you.

Welcome to the forums @k9alison! Clicking on the gear at the top right corner of your dashboard, then clicking on 'Settings' will get you to your information page. Please click on the 'Sharing' tab and you should see this:

If Unlink is not showing, I recommend to clear cache and cookies from your current browsing screen or to try another browser.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions Cat Very Happy

I've actually already tried this as well as retting the device as suggested in the prior discussion - none of which worked - so after exhausting all options for the FOURTH time, FitBit is again sending me a replacement. How many replacements do I have to get go through before they FIX the problem instead of MASK it? Sorry…just extremely frustrated this point.

@k9alison I totally understand your feeling. It's so weird that you're seeing that your Fitbit account is linked to a Twitter account if you haven't done anything to link them. Also, Customer Support shouldn't be sending you another tracker because the issue isn't your tracker instead your account itself.

Please log out of your account in all the devices that you're checking it and log in again making sure you're entering the correct email address and password.

Let me know how it goes.

Well, they sent me a replacement due to several other hardware issues. I agree that this is an account issue & just logged out of all accounts, cleared my browser cache & it still shows @jhens. :o(

@k9alison Thank you for clarifying this. I noticed that Customer Service is taking care of the issue that you're having with the Twitter account. I'm pretty sure that they are able to look further into this and find a solution.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
