Hi

am I been an idiot or what. My versa 2 is connected to my strava account as all rides are shown on the versa, however my heart data doesn’t show on my strava on my iPhone. Tried everything as I see the heart data is shown on Fitbit app. Also how do you use the strava app on the versa2. When I open the app there is no start ride button and do both my iPhone app and versa 2 app on together. Tried using the versa 2 app this morning but nothing showed up anywhere.

help please it’s driving me nuts.

@Bootneck It's nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

I appreciate the details shared and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry about using Strava and Fitbit. 

 

Currently heart rate information won't sync to Strava. Strava will sync any GPS activity recorded to Fitbit and Fitbit will sync any GPS activity to Strava.

 

The Strava app on your watch will show the activities that you have done but you won't be able to record any activity with this app.
