Strava and Fitbit logging different distances

Does anyone know why strava and Fitbit log different distances? If it was maybe a tenth of a mile I might be ok but as you can see in the pictures its logging almost 3/4 of a mile difference.

Hi @eagle1007, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding.

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the screenshots that were attached into your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this affecting the information that's transferred from the Stava app to the Fitbit app or vice-versa? If you haven't already done so, I suggest you to revoke the Strava app access following the next steps:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture. 
  2. Scroll down and tap Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.
