Hi,
I don't understand how does the tow works together. I am exercising every day and my fit bit says around 359-400calories burned during my work out.
I log my food in my fitness pal and I have linked the 2apps.
After my workout if I log in my fitness pal it only shows 180 calories burned from work out.

I really don't understand how those 2 are not the same...

When fitbit and MFP are linked, fitbit doesn't send MFP the actual calories burned but, instead, sends it a calorie adjustment. So, in this example, fitbit is saying that you burned 180 calories more than it was expecting. Most of the other calories could be accounted by your BMR calories (those you burn just keeping your body alive).
